A 41-year-old woman during early postpartum with a 1-week history of intermittent episodes of epistaxis
A 73-year-old woman with long-standing tension-type headaches, normal neurologic examination, and unremarkable baseline brain MRI (A). She subsequently underwent open mitral and tricuspid valve repair and closure of the left atrial appendage. Follow-up MRI 2 months after cardiac surgery is shown in B–F. Neurologic exam remained normal.
A 13-year-old obese boy with short stature, microphallus, low testicular volume, history of seizures, and hyposmia

A 63-year-old with a remote history of right vision loss. Her left-sided vision became progressively worse over the last year, associated with strong headache and dizziness. She had left palpebral ptosis and right lateral rectus muscle paralysis at physical examination.
