AB SUMMARY: We present a case of a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus and secondary antiphospholipid syndrome. The patient presented with acute right cerebellar infarction and clinical and imaging evidence of brain stem and bilateral thalamic encephalopathy that resolved completely.
