A 42-year-old man with 4 days of subacute confusion, memory disturbances, and ataxia. History is significant for metastatic renal cell carcinoma diagnosed 2 years prior, s/p 4 cycles of nivolumab immunologic therapy ending 2 weeks prior to presentation. Initial MRI was unremarkable. MRI 1 month after presentation demonstrated the following:
