Squamous Cell Carcinoma
- Squamous cell carcinoma is the most common skin tumor in oculocutaenous albinism patients. Basal cell carcinoma is also a common skin tumor in these patients.
- Clinical Presentation: Skin masses
- Key Diagnostic Features:
- Large, heterogeneous, exophytic enhancing masses
- Mass effect
- Bony remodeling
- Bony destruction not very common
- Associated lymphadenopathy
- DDx:
- Metastases
- Basal cell carcinoma
- Fungal infections
- Lymphoma
- Rx: Palliative radiation therapy
