Final Diagnosis: Colloid Cyst
Imaging Findings:
Brain MRI demonstrates a tiny unilocular cystic lesion along the roof of the third ventricle with (A) subtle T2-FLAIR hyperintense signal and (B) T1 signal isointense compared with white matter. (C) There is no enhancement of the lesion. There is no mass effect or hydrocephalus.
